Petite Outfit Idea #2 (Formal/Ball)

Boo!

I hope you're all having a fabulous week. Although the weather hasn't been as nice as last week, it's finally Friday wooo and I have another petite outfit for you guys. This is more of a dressy one but I still love it.

I'm completely in love with pastel colours. I don't know whether I can pull them off really, but I just love them so much as it just gives me such a sunny happy vibe (a little strange of me maybe :p). I'm also in love with clothes with Chiffon material. If I ever became a dress designer most of my dresses would probably have a little bit of chiffon...haha.

So everything I'm wearing was actually a gift, either birthday/christmas/randomly. The dress, shoes and bag were actually something I picked out myself. I like surprises but I don't really want people wasting their money on something I wouldn't use (I don't know whether that sounds mean:s I hope I'm not the only one who does that haaha).

You'd never guess how much I got the dress for and where I got the shoes from...Dress was £12.50 dropped from fifty odd pounds, and the shoes were from...Amazon, would you believe that? I'll be the first to admit that I buy shoes and clothes from amazon sometimes, mainly shoes though. It's probably not the place you'll think to buy fashion items but it has so much stuff there's bound to be something you like. It's always an extra site to have a browse through if you ever wanted some more ideas :)

I'll have the links and some extra photos of the items below just for you to see whether you would want to purchase any of them :)

This dress I bought in a size 4. I really like the detailing and, of course, chiffon skirt of the the dress. I was actually looking for an all sequinned dress on Asos when I found this bargain. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect sequin dress, if anyone has any links/ideas I'd love to hear them :) There's quite a bit of padding near the chest area so you can go bra-less if you wished :)

I've really liked the little Chanel cross body bags but as the careless person that I am, didn't want to spend so much and then ruin such an expensive bag. So I came across this alternative on Asos. And I really like it. If I'm going to be wearing heels for the night, I always choose a bag that can fit flats in it, and this bag allows for size 3 flats :) I also like how there is a zipped compartment in the bag and also how the strap is reinforced with some metal chaining, just to give it a bit more support and style.
Finally these shoes. I still marvel at them being from Amazon, but I really wanted some nude shoes and really liked these ones so J kindly bought them for me :)
